Description

He enlisted to the army on January 23rd, 1941. He was reported Missing in Action on September 16th, 1943, and later Prisoner of War, when he got captured in Italy during Operation Avalanche. He was detained in Germany in Stalag 2b Hammerstein in west Prussia and was liberated in June 1945.
