Frank registered to the army on January 6th, 1943, and entered the army on April 12th same year. He was transfered overseas on November 8th to North Africa. He was reported missin on November 27th, 1943, but was later proclaimed war fatality.
He was awarded a Purple Hear Medal.
He is buried at North Africa American Cemetery and Memorial in Carthage, Tunis, Tunisia.
