Description
Wilson Belka was Chief Specialist in USNR in charge of a colored boys' group. By 1951, he hold the rank of Lieutenant Junir Grade.
He married Lucille Belka in 1941. He is buried at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Crete, NE.
